Brigatinib is a anaplastic lymphoma kinase inhibitor used to treat anaplastic lymphoma enzyme positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.
Brigitanib inhibits the proliferation and in vitro survival of cells expressing the fusion protein EML4-ALK and 17 anti Crizotinib ALK mutants. Its function extends to cells expressing EGFR deficiency, ROS1-L2026M, FLT3-F691L, and FLT3-D835Y. In the mouse EML4-ALK xenograft model, brigatinib exhibits dose-dependent inhibitory effects on tumor growth, tumor burden, and prolonged survival.
Brigatinib (AP-26113, AP26113), also known as brigatinib, is an effective ALK selective inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.6 nM; It is also a ROS1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.9 nM. Brigatinib is a new generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor commonly used in combination with EGFR for the treatment of cancer, and has shown promising therapeutic potential for lung cancer in clinical trials.
